Anasa Aesthetics Injector Training Packages

A date is chosen among both trainee and trainer and model. Course must be paid in full to proceed. Models are to be provided by the student based on courses registered. Models must be approved via trainer.

During the course of the training if the training has to be stopped for any emergency case or individual situation (e.g. model, trainer or trainee feeling fatigue or not well, vascular occlusion, etc.) the course will be stopped and unused hours will be credited to trainee for future use.

Payment can be done via Zelle to avoid merchant fees, or via the Square link on website checkout.

Trainee has the ability to perform one training session (4-hour course) and pay the difference within a 30 day period if they decide to purchase package session options. Cancelation within 48 hours of a confirmed training appointment is subject to a cancelation fee equal to 50% of the training cost for that session.

Package training options are good for 12 months from initial date of the first training.

Trainee agrees photos videos are permissible during the course.

LIABILITY FOR INJECTION TRAINING

In consideration of the opportunity to participate in the injection training program, Participant hereby releases and discharges Trainer, and any employees, agents, or representatives of Trainer from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action that may arise out of Participants, participation in the training, including any injury or damage to Participant or to any property belonging to participant.

Participant acknowledges that the Training involves certain risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical injury to participant parties. Participant assumes all risks associated with the Training, whether known or unknown.

Participant agrees to indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action that may arise out of Participant participation in the Training and all parties involved in the training (e.g. patient receiving services). Participant also agrees to follow all rules and guidelines set forth by the Trainer for the Training. Participant acknowledges that this Agreement is binding and irrevocable, and that it constitutes the entire agreement between the parties

There are no refunds given for a course at any time.
